Moreover there was systems engineering, testing of new features, improving production installation and deploying on them and even a little technical support for users. After a while I became a team lead and our team moved to a separate department. There was 10 members in it. As a team lead I saved all my development tasks and additionally was engaging a following things: discussing a requirement with customer and built different processes. Also I was became more involved in system architecture. In area of processes we improved a development process and created a continuous integration process. Then we separated a command to a developers, testers and business analytics. After separation we implemented an interaction process for them. Moreover we standardized the process of interaction of our department with other production units. Finally we built a customer interaction process.
