Senior Program Manager, Clinical Research Operations
Current~ Responsible for leadership and oversight of investigator-initiated and sponsored therapeutic and diagnostic clinical trial projects across diverse disciplines. Currently heading up the Cellular Immune Tolerance Research Program.~ Supervise cross-functional teams of 5-25, with 5-10 direct reports.~ Interview, hire, train, coach, mentor, manage, and conduct performance reviews for staff.~ Lead study operations, including quality management, personnel, regulatory compliance, and fiscal oversight.~ Build collaborations across Stanford University and Stanford Health Care, as well as independent vendors, that enhance clinical research operations, promote study compliance and ensure participant safety.~ Developed and executed emergent start up and operation workflows with a cross-functional research team for the first inpatient and outpatient COVID therapeutic clinical trials in collaboration with Innovative Medicines Accelerator, ChEM-H, Infectious Disease and Pulmonary and Critical Care.~ Managed study start-up activities and operations development for initiation of the first national Expanded Access Program for convalescent plasma clinical trial in collaboration with Stanford Transfusion Medicine and Mayo Clinic.~ Spearheaded initial clinical research development and public relations for the Cerebrospinal Fluid Leak Program in Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine.
