In 1999, I launched Computer Concepts USA, knowing it wasn’t possible to keep up with everyday work and manage emerging technology at the same time. Initially, we helped customers deal with immediate problems; now we’re an IT managed service provider. We still handle PC and Mac repairs and upgrades, but we’re also on site or online with custom training that helps employees be even more productive with Microsoft Office products, Adobe, SalesForce and other software. Plus, we provide digital safety and cybersecurity instruction.In today’s technology space, anyone with even a handful of computers needs proactive support. It not only helps you get the most from hardware and software, it also ensures your work is backed up and catches problems—from malware or a virus worming its way onto your platform—before it causes costly destruction and downtime.Our cutting-edge channel software monitors and maintains your computer assets, freeing you to focus on your core business while we handle the often overwhelming but critical issues your technology investments require. Most recently we introduced IT Owners Compass, the seminal industry event for IT owners, vendors and industry sponsors. Our first, in Chicago August 24-26, sold out in four weeks. It includes collaborative sessions run by subject matter experts, new product demos and other networking events, providing the opportunity to interact with your favorite vendors, industry sponsors and other computer business owners.
