I started Computer Concepts in 1999 after gaining CRM and software experience at Productivity Point, and in fintech and healthcare organizations. As such, I’ve actively participated in IT’s hardware and software transformation, the social media evolution and pain points all too familiar to individuals, startups, and businesses of all sizes and industries. Initially, we were referred to as a break-fix company, helping consumers and small businesses deal with immediate hardware/software problems and often wowing them by demonstrating their technologies’ capabilities. We’ve evolved into an IT community connector and managed service provider, still handling repairs and upgrades as well as conducting training sessions tailored to specific business needs, instruction on digital safety, cybersecurity and the entire suite of Microsoft products, Adobe, SalesForce and other software products.
