I oversaw all aspects of Store Management, leading a team of four part-time employees. We also conducted frequent in-store fundraising events and provided personalized styling sessions for our customers.

I held the position of Department Manager, overseeing Menswear, Footwear, and Fossil departments, and I was accountable for both operational management and leading a large team. I successfully increased the store's turnover by implementing outstanding customer service, strategic merchandising, and comprehensive staff training all within the flagship store in Auckland.

As the owner and founder of two thriving preschools, my responsibilities encompassed overseeing approximately 80 children aged 3 to 5, along with a dedicated team of 15 staff members. This team included a paediatric nurse, two general nursing staff, and qualified teachers.My primary accountability was ensuring the well-being and care of all the children under my supervision, while also providing leadership to our capable staff.
