Responsible for managing priorities and workflow of administrative team (5 employees) performing functions pertaining to all learning systems. Provide business communications; issue resolution and regular maintenance of Learning Systems (Skillsoft, ApoUniversity, SAP and other HRIS implementations). Develop and implement learning system enhancements to achieve efficiencies and maintain compliance in collaboration with SAP Role Owners and Learning Manager.
