Having been a client of 7city I joined the company to build the Management and Personal Development product area. My focus was to design and deliver a suite of bespoke and public courses that would teach transferable skills tailored to delegates' specific roles within the Financial Markets. My role included marketing the product, pitching for business, client consultancy, building the faculty and designing and delivering programmes.

Focusing on building and maintaining a development culture, my role included driving culture change; learning and development, graduate development, talent management and leadership development.

Working within a team of Learning and Development consultants I partnered with identified business areas to deliver the right learning interventions to achieve their long term strategy.

My career in OD/L&D started here where my role included managing and facilitating the Company induction programme, facilitating our in-house management development programme, training and development administration and liaison with external providers.
