I supervise a team of five Service Delivery Managers and six Service Delivery Manager Associates. Collectively we are responsible for eighteen of the top twenty five accounts supported from our office. Those accounts include, but are not limited to, professional and institutional medical teaching facilities, large medical billing services and large healthcare organizations. As Team Lead, I oversee the support of those accounts to be sure client expectations are being met. With almost 20 years experience in the health care industry, I am able to share my knowledge and skills to coach and train my team.

As Sr. Exec Account Manager/HB Lead, I was responsible for supporting our top institutional accounts. In addition to supporting some of our largest hospitals, I was also the subject matter expert on our internal and external web tools. While supporting accounts and being a leader and role model for other team members, I was also able to share my knowledge and experience with all new hires as trainer. As trainer, my responsibilities included developing and presenting training curriculum.

I was one of four original Client Advocates when ClaimLogic began. I supported our top accounts. All of those accounts were professional billing offices for some of the most prestigious medical teaching facilities in the United States. As Client Advocate, I was the primary point of contact and was responsible for the clients from implementation, to on site training of our webpage and then supporting them in production. This involved ensuring that electronic claims were processing, researching carrier rejections and ensuring that electronic payments were available for posting. As one of the original staff members, I provided ideas and feedback with the development of internal and external tools and products. I was also instrumental in the development of the support model.
