Change Manager
Current- Conduct change impact analyses to identify the changes and the impacts that will drive the overall change strategy.
- Identify the NW Natural populations impacted by the change. Assess their level of support and readiness for the change. Identify hot spots or areas of stakeholder risk where more attention or support may be required.
- Determine the change management actions needed for NW Natural to successfully prepare for and adopt the change.
- Develop a customized communication plan that fits the NW Natural culture and resonates with impacted stakeholder groups.
- Assess training needs based on changes to current processes, systems, and skills. Develop a customized training approach that supports the NW Natural culture and ways of working. Develop sustainable training materials.
- Identify key adoption areas that need to be monitored pre- and post-delivery. Assess adoption level post-delivery. Identify required post-delivery support, providing additional communications as needed. Identify gaps.
