Since the summer of 2014 I have been a member of the film production team working to finalize work on "In the Moment" primarily working as an editor, but have aided in transcribing and marking footage as well as story development. "In the Moment" was created using the tools of documentary filmmaking to look deeply into the human experience, to describe and measure its impact, and to try to explain the training, preparation, and discipline that makes it possible. We will observe people from many backgrounds and occupations find the moment, hear them explain their experiences, and talk with experts in physiology and psychology to try to unravel the mystery of this phenomenon.

In collaboration with The Hatch, a student business incubator, Troy Anderson, Steven Stark and myself co-founded Infyer Productions. Infyer is a production company rooted in highlighting local grassroots efforts, initiatives, and social change. We have collaborated on video projects with Downtown Lansing Inc, the city of Lansing, the Michigan State University Jazz Program, musician Etienne Charles, Folyo, and snapscript. Our current project is developing a long term film highlighting the jazz movement in Detroit over that last 50 years.

Supervised the use and care of over $100,000 worth of communication equipment in Afghanistan. Instructed and supervised the screening and selection of over 50 Marines into multiple scout sniper platoons. Coordinated a training cycle to prepare Marines for advanced infantry schools and combat action. Was in charge of a four-man sniper team for 5 months in Afghanistan in support of an infantry company of approximately 150 Marines.
