I am accountable for processing orders in the computer system and printing invoices for customers. I work closely with the logistics team in providing paperwork for drivers to make deliveries. I am also accountable for checking drivers in, documenting their mileage and invoices returned, and making corrections on any billing errors.

Ajilon is a Temp-to-hire agency and this is where I was presented with an office opportunity at A&L Foods. I joined A&L Foods during a difficult time. There were many billing errors that needed to be correct, and I worked closely with the Manager in correcting those errors. I was then introduced into invoicing, which my current line of work at A&L Foods.

I was accountable for creating a schedule for the following week, and working at any nursing facility of my choice in New Jersey. I was responsible for assisting with Activities of Daily Living to my assigned patients, documenting the type of care provided to each individual patient, and reporting to the nurse about any changes.

I was responsible for going to my assigned patient’s house to assist with personal care. This included assistance with Activities of Daily Living, cleaning their home, as well as assisting with appointment visits. I was accountable for documenting all care provided and reporting to the nurse.
