As I am considering on a new career after working and being apart of the oilfield industry for 21 years, I have gained experiences that can translate to success in the new field I will venture in. I have done leadership roles the last decade or so. Being the Chief Operation Manager of the family company that my father started exposed me to every facet of the business world as I excelled in the position. Although it was a small company, It has given me the confidence of being able to manage and talk to people as well patience when leading the team and dealing with other companies and associates related to the business. The value of teamwork and professionalism was ingrained in me. Apart from being in management, I have worked in the field as a Lead Operator Supervisor as well as a Certified Crane Operator in the wireline completions area of the oilfield industry. The pressures of the occupations dealing with explosives, working under pressure and conflicting situations have made me a well rounded team player that I can bring into any industry. I am confident that I will be able to transfer the life and professional skills to any career.
