I have been working as an Intervention Specialist for the past 9 years and I have spent most of that time working with students with emotional deficits that require both educational and emotional support. During that time, I have worked to grow myself professionally by obtaining two master's degrees in both educational leadership and curriculum and instruction. These graduate level classes and the experiences around them have taught me how to use professional development to improve the skills of the team around me while using data to support the teachers and their deficits. Work collaboratively with coworkers to develop instructional paths for students and using their previous skills and knowledge to effectively implement instruction and training for their lives after high school.
