The Senior Sales Consultant role encompasses more responsibility and expectation to demonstrate and lead from the front. In the absence of the regional manager I'm responsible for looking after the other Product consultants within the team and will be there to mentor, support and aid the business goals of more junior staff and LEAP UK.My first 3 years at LEAP has led me to become one of the highest performers in the new business team, in both volume and CMR for the business, and to date I have contributed over £5.4m in new business revenue.
