Employsure is New Zealand's leading provider for all employment relations and health and safety requirements. · Account management role, my primary responsibilities include the retention of existing clients, the extension of client contracts and the upselling of clients with additional Employsure services.· This role also includes the planning and execution of client seminar events for the purpose of upgrading client services. I am expected to plan and run a minimum of 3 of these events per quarter, on average this entails hosting 30 SME business clients for a 2 hour presentation.· High KPI focus including daily client dials, amount of quarterly client upgrades and amount of client contract extensions
