Dr. Louis Perron has won two dozen election and referendum campaigns in various countries.Louis is a political consultant and scientist based in Zurich, Switzerland. He has advised clients from the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Ukraine, Malaysia and the Philippines, ranging from mayors, governors and congressmen up to presidents and a former Miss Universe. He is the author of the book "How to Overcome the Power of Incumbency in Election Campaigns", published by the German editor Nomos. He extensively uses qualitative public opinion research in order to guide issue, advocacy and lobbying campaigns. In addition to associations and interest groups, he has also consulted with some major Swiss corporations such as Swisscom, Coop, Migros, SBB and Hirslanden. During the past eight years, he has been teaching a class in political marketing at the University of Zurich.
