Assisted in the drafting of a practice OB test for students that introduced them to the test environment and helped the understanding of the test itself, with the practice and the course when it was integrated with O&I was extremely difficult for some. We developed the test to assist in the passing of the course and save careers of good Soldiers that weren't Intelligence Sergeant material but were extremely proficient in their appropriate MOS. I also with assistance from the committee drafted and had published a new version of the Operations Other than War POI and a pamphlet that assisted 18F in production of intelligence products in the field.
