We developed the test to assist in the passing of the course and save careers of good Soldiers that weren't Intelligence Sergeant material but were extremely proficient in their appropriate MOS. I also with assistance from the committee drafted and had published a new version of the Operations Other than War POI and a pamphlet that assisted 18F in production of intelligence products in the field.
