Workshop and fleet manager, responsible for a varied and mixed fleet of circa 400 vehicles/plant. My role includes tasks and responsibilities such as, but not limited to Managing three teams of technicians & supervisors. Sheduling Planned maintenance inspections for vehicles in and out scope of the operator licence, ensuring compliance, internal auditing to maintain a high level of roadworthiness at all times. Meeting with clients, writing service level agreements and fleet management agreements Health and safety compliance, a automaous process of risk assessing, COSHH assessments. Internal inspection and audit.I constantly assess and audit all policy, procedures quality of work and customer satisfaction to ensure effective operation and compliance of the organisation.

My roles include but not limited to; inspections, rectification of defects, electrical diagnosis using star machine, M.O.T preparation, P.D.I inspections, servicing, truckfile data entryI work on a wide variety of vehicles such as but not limited to; articulated HGV, LGV, PSV and occasionally vans

My roles include but not limited to; inspection and rectification of defects, breakdown assistance and site cover at 2 other depots, welding, fabrication maintenance of all company vehicles Along with a team of fleet mechanics we are responsible for a wide variety of vehicles such as; 26 tonne hgv waste trucks, varying size and weight road sweepers and cleansers, lgv 7.5 tonne and vans.Working with hydraulic systems such as faun, johnston and geesink-kobra

Started the apprenticeship scheme in 2008, Fully qualified in 2011 with the next year doing courses with manufactures such as; scania, alexander dennis, knorr bremse, volvoMy main role was m.o.t preparation with 100% pass rateOther roles included but not limited to, bodywork, welding, fabrication, use of laptop diagnostics, inspection and rectification of defects.
