CurrentAs the Head of Operations, I manage a team responsible for providing online research services. My key responsibilities include:• Allocating resources for the project team, scripting team, and data process team, as well as outsourcing when necessary.• Providing training, guidance, and performance appraisals to team members.• Arranging and leading team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.• Assisting with problem-solving and day-to-day operations.• Reporting to the General Manager.• Providing end-to-end online research services, including feasibility, liaising, consulting, scripting, sampling, fieldwork, data processing, and reporting.• Working closely with the sales and marketing team to improve client service and support their feasibility and proposal.• Collaborating with the member support team to achieve panel management.• Improving the research experience for clients and participants.• Streamlining OPS processes to maximize efficiency and allow for 100% work-from-home.• Refining OPS workflows and simplifying processes in collaboration with sales, project management, scripting, and data processing teams.• Working with the tech team to improve the in-house system.• Facilitating information sharing and project handovers.• Assisting other stakeholders from TEG to achieve business goals.• Contributing to ISO audit and dedicating myself to the ISO community to ensure the company's accreditation.
