• Coach vendors and factories to meet procedure standard, business expectations, transparency, integrity and ownership of quality requirements.• Retrieve information and resource from systems to complete tasks.• Collaborate vendors and factories on QMS perfection, supplier audit, new product development. • Hold pre-production meetings, review initial and final sample and help improve packaging; monitor product quality and production plan to complete order in time.• Coordinate with cross-functional team and work with vendors to ensure processes including testing, quality assurance are compliant and completed on schedule. • Conduct during-production and final random inspection to ensure production outputs meet Target standard and customers' expectation.

Project Manager of Jeep Wrangler and Chrysler 300C Sealing Program.- Communication among Meteor, Chrysler US, and BBDC (Beijing Benz Daimler Chrysler);- Whole Project control including time, cost, quality, risk.- Introduced the first BIW (Body in White) and the first Engineering Prototype of Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited JK to China, saved more than $ 0.5m.

- Leader of Quality Control team. - Set up Remote QC Team of 11 team members, 6 members for IQC and 5 for subcontractors; - Established quality control system of all outsourced materials and finished products;- Well ensured outsourcing quality and significantly saved outsourcing cost.
