Responsibility: Lead team to provide IT service to Shenzhen local(LIPC) internal customers including local Helpdesk, MES Application Operation, LIPC OA operation & solution.Major Achievement: Improve the MES operation standard & Service level, related IT downtime impact cost reduce 30%, successfully support every ROL for Quarter/Month-End; Enable New system to fulfill customer's new requirement (Shenzhen Warehouse Mgmt, BPMS ..etc); Lead declaration for Guangdong Informatization building Demonstration, certificated successfully by government and win the top donation.

Responsibility: Portfolio Management for all Global MFG IT owned projects, also lead some key projects directly with promised results.Major Achievement: Act as IT PM for Lenovo Mexico Plant enablement with successful IT plant solution deployed in Oct, 2008; Act as PM for Lenovo new MES development for global manufacture and the frist deployment in Shanghai Plant. Develop project management system and deploy to LIPC IT environment; Support PM develop cross 6 sites thru internal certification/promotion ; lead notes mail platform segmentation project as part of IT Segmentation (from IBM to Lenovo).
