I’ve been fortunate to work with accomplished and supportive colleagues, most recently as CMO of EXFO where I lead a talented multidisciplinary team of 50 professionals around the world specialized in campaign management, digital marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, virtual events, internal communications and public relations as well as an in-house agency. I also oversee EXFO’s business operations and strategic planning. It’s especially rewarding to share my lessons learned in marketing, B2B sales and effective presentation skills at conferences and as a university lecturer.
