- Process pay for 180 self employed contractors, deal with any pay queries and conduct reviews of workload and pay- Recruit and interview for new contractors monitoring their performance throughout induction training and ensure all relevant documentations received (e.g. proof of eligibility, references, next of kin, sign off documents)- Ad hoc duties (e.g. order specialist equipment, filing, update documents and dashboards)- Set the agenda, book meeting rooms, send invites and take the minutes at management and senior management meetings- Set up new accounts with cheaper suppliers- Inform contractors of changes to workload- Distribute post and identify any issues on contractors work sheets- Organise the yearly contractors get together - Express concerns and ideas to improve current operational processes
