Maes Mynan Park is an exciting new holiday park development located in Flintshire, North Wales. As planning has been granted for 180 holiday units, one of my primary roles will be to market and promote the benefits of the new development as a wonderful holiday destination for those wishing to own holiday homes for Staycation holidays. The first phase of the lodge development is now underway.Maes Mynan Park is a gem of a location in an area of outstanding beauty. Maes Mynan is a former sand and gravel quarry which offers a stunning views across lakes, hills, mountains, woodland and moorland. The lodges will overlook the Clwydian Range and parts of the Offas Dyke.

By working together we can reveal the hidden gems that often go unnoticed and showcase the many independent businesses that work tirelessly to welcome their visitors, to create new ideas for holiday lifestyle choices. By sharing information and snippets of interesting facts, we can work with communities to highlight their jewels and increase footfall off the beaten track. We will be telling the stories of towns and villages, and looking to promote independent businesses and services who support the tourism and hospitality trade in ways that inspire visitors to fall in love with the beauty of each location they visit, stay or holiday. We want to tell local tales and legends that have evolved over many years to highlight the wonders of Wales, starting with the North. MTMO has always been about bringing people, businesses and communities together to strengthen connections that exist in the physical world. Collaborations, participation, sharing and engagement are all key components to building a range of opportunities - online and offline. A marketing strategy requires both.
