Using a recruitment drive and social networking I recruited 60 volunteers and the following months were spent liaising with them, keeping them motivated, spotting their strengths and allocating them the right tasks, raising money with innovative and new fundraising ideas and arranging book collections at schools all over Devon and Cornwall. By May as a team we had collected over 9,000 books and raised £1,800 for the charity. Show less -
