Louise is currently a barrister in the Regulatory team at Capsticks, with a focus on SRA work - appearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and acting for the SRA on appeals at the High Court. She also regularly handles cases for the General Dental Council and General Chiropractic Council as well as conducting hearings before the General Osteopathic Council, General Optical Council and Social Work England. Highly experienced in regulatory proceedings (having worked in this field since 2008 and specialised exclusively in it since 2014), with a background in criminal law, Louise has appeared before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, General Medical Council, General Dental Council, General Pharmaceutical Council, General Optical Council, Architects Registration Board, Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England, the General Osteopathic Council and the Health and Care Professions Council in relation to the full range of cases.
