My passion, energy and drive as a school leader come from an absolute determination to close the disadvantaged/SEND gap and to remove the barriers to high performance for all students, regardless of their starting points. I am morally driven, optimistic and curious: these qualities have led me to pursue leadership roles in challenging contexts. Following four years of headship across two contexts, I am now serving as an executive headteacher within the Acorn Education Trust, leading strategic developments across several secondary schools within Wiltshire.
