Employed at Waverley Borough Council, specialising in their Careline & Telecare department for the last 5 years. My current role is Careline Team Leader. Overseeing a team installing and maintaining of personal alarms and Telecare devices to allow people to live independently at home with the assistance of technology. I work across multi-agencies and play an active role in safeguarding, also holding the role of safeguarding champion, where colleagues can seek assistance and advice from in the event of a safeguarding concern. I've been very consistent in my employment history, having a short carer break to be a full-time parent.Throughout my varied roles i have proven strong leadership and management skills. I am very adaptable for any role i have acquired. I am extremely self-motivated and thrive in a role with many different aspects, performing duties to a high standard and on time.
