I have worked in administration & customer services for approximately 10 years, with both large corporate companies and smaller family run businesses in Ireland, the UK and Australia. Even during the years of Covid-19 when I had no work to go to, I set up my own online Etsy shop and managed all areas of social media, product marketing, sales and customer support. I loved every second. I went back to study for a refresh of my audio production skills before producing my own podcast back in 2021 and I’m now in a position working solely with social media graphics, promotion and scheduling for my local arts theatre as well as being a VA for a UK based small-business, proving how easy it is to help someone with their daily tasks even from a different country. I have the experience that working in a 9-5 office environment has provided me with, but I have a willingness and passion to help smaller business owners grow.
