Joined the team to work alongside the Project Manager and the Business for a PowerBI project in a BA/Tester role

This was a large project that took place over 9 years to replace the legacy POS and end-to-end distribution planning, transport and inventory management systems, and to put in place an optimal structure for ongoing management of 91 store outlets, 6 distribution centres and 2 import hubs (at the time the project commenced).During the lifespan of the project, I was involved in many sub-projects across different parts of the business including:• Managed the helpdesk until the new POS system had been selected and the project was ready to commence• Solution Design• Business process re-engineering• Data mapping• Data reconciliation and cleansing (data migration preparation)• Integration planning, documentation and design • Interface development with 100 Integrations had been developed in house using Dell Boomi across 11 main systems. I was heavily involved in the development at the beginning then had to switch to the various test script planning and execution – coming back to Boomi development in Aug 2019 – specifically focusing on the Data Migration Interfaces• System Interface Test Script Creation & Execution with over 2400 test steps• BAU Test Script creation & 30% Execution covering over 3,700 test steps touching 90 + Interfaces across 11 Systems and 2 Countries covering both Company and Franchisee Stores• Performance Test Planning and execution • Controlled Migration Test Planning & Execution covering several scenarios reflecting the various stages of different transactions in the current world that are mid-flight to ensure that all migrated transactions will continue their journey in the new system without any issues.• Data Migration Extract and Load involved extracting the Customer Orders, Transfer Orders, TO Shipments, Purchase Orders and PO Shipments from legacy systems and transforming the data via interfaces designed using Boomi and loading into OMS system• Post Go Live Reconciliation across 3 main systems (POS, OMS & WMS)

- Responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a retail point of sale system- Determining requirements by conducting market research supported by constant on-site visits to customers- Coordinating the support, development, testing and deployment of the product- Identifying new sales and partnering opportunities for the product- Ensuring that customer-driven projects are executed on time and within budget parameters- Translating and integrating specific customer requirements into a development roadmap for the product- Ensuring that service levels are maintained and exceeded wherever possible

Managed the ERP implementation from the Customer side which included the following functional areas: Vineyard, Cellar, Finance, Operations (Order Entry, Warehouse & Production) and Sales & Marketing. Tasks included overseeing data mapping, de-duping & cleansing, development, testing, training and business process re-engineering. Managed team of 12 staff

Focused on Project Management from the Supplier side - overseeing requirements gathering, design documents and developement for the Vineyard and Winery modules to be incorporated into the existing Clear Enterprise ERP system.

Crystal Report Report Writer & Analyst Programmer. Looked after the following Customers, Tyrrell's Wines, Network Outdoor, Office National, Cargil Beef and a few smaller companies.

Certified Crystal Report developer for Intelligent Business Applications. Customers included Vodacom and the Swicon Group (The HR Payroll IT-Business Solution Provider)
