I currently work as Marketing Executive for Henry Technologies, a Company that manufactures component parts for commercial refrigeration/air conditioning systems. My main role includes: working with designers to produce product adverts/brochures/catalogues, creating some of these documents myself using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and occasionally CorelDraw, launching new products, promoting the Company through social media channels, processing and interpreting sales reports, dealing… Show more I currently work as Marketing Executive for Henry Technologies, a Company that manufactures component parts for commercial refrigeration/air conditioning systems. My main role includes: working with designers to produce product adverts/brochures/catalogues, creating some of these documents myself using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and occasionally CorelDraw, launching new products, promoting the Company through social media channels, processing and interpreting sales reports, dealing with customer enquiries, preparing sales quotations, updating the Company website (using WordPress) and preparing for/attending exhibitions. Henry Technologies has many divisions strategically located across the globe and more recently I have also taken on responsibility for some of the marketing activities of the USA business. Show less

I particpated in a 12 week summer placment in the Marketing and Finance departments at BAE Systems, Scotstoun, Glasgow during the summer of 2009.

I worked part time for British Home Stores as a Customer Services Assistant whilst studying at University. I ran the Customer Services desk at the weekends, resolving customer complaints, processing customer orders, dealing with refunds/exchanges and all general customer enquiries.
