As a Barrister I am a specialist advocate, and undertake cases primarily in the field of construction, including oil and gas, civil litigation and constitutional law. I also undertake advisory work preparatory to the commencement of a claim in litigation or arbitration. I am a door tenant at 2KBW London, Chambers of Sally Howes QC, and a qualified Arbitrator (FCIArb), Adjudicator (AIAC) and Mediator (MMC) and (AIAC). I am co- author of "Mediation Practice and Procedure" published by Thompson Reuters, and a contributor to a forthcoming publication "Law and Practice of Construction Law Malaysia."

I had a strong litigation practice across a range of dispute areas from Crown Court to Court of Appeal. I was particularly noted for my abilities as an advocate, and cited in the Legal 500 (2013) as “having achieved some frankly astonishing results”. I was led by Queen’s Counsel in a number of highly complex cases. As well as routinely undertaking trials and appeals, I regularly undertook advisory work for government bodies, as well as companies and individuals.
