Production Assistant for the annual July Fourth concert, featuring 7-8 of Clear Channel's most successful country artists and up and coming artists. Responsibilities include backline coordination, day-of timeline and advance creation, stage management, and other various tasks

Responsible for artist advancement for over 60 bands on over 4 stages at the 4 day music festival; serve as main liaison between festival and artist. Tasks include acquiring/issuing deal memos and contracts, acquiring and facilitation all travel information, setting up press and meet-and-greet for all bands, and on-site band management.

Hot Sauce Records, a record label based out of Los Angeles, maintains a presence in Lexington, KY with a large non-profit yearly benefit concert (Give Into The Groove).I am responsible for gathering information regarding bands in the local area, booking bands, contacting sponsors, generating a volunteer base, marketing, promotion, etc.I maintain an online.

Responsible for various tasks around the office including but not limited to registering songs with ASCAP and BMI, preparing albums and bonus material for digital distribution, organizing and proofreading cue sheets, and organizing music catalogs.
