Responsible for artist advancement for over 60 bands on over 4 stages at the 4 day music festival; serve as main liaison between festival and artist. Responsible for various tasks around the office including but not limited to registering songs with ASCAP and BMI, preparing albums and bonus material for digital distribution, organizing and proofreading cue sheets, and organizing music catalogs.

Extensively shadowed in the music department. Became familiar with the entire process of booking a show from the agency perspective--writing offer letters, deal memos, confirmation memos, contracts, handling changes in a tour, ticket counts, and tracking contracts and deposits.
