“I’m sure you will find something great to do, Louise” an elderly woman once said to me, while we were drinking tea with too much sugar in a local home in Addis Ababa in the autumn of 2013. I wasn’t too sure, but said politely: “Yes, I hope so”.Today I know she was right – very accurate indeed. I always find something to do, that makes sense to my life, wherever I am. I’m engaging myself and my skills, I automatically see improvements and I’m the kind of person that takes action, as soon as I get an Idea. As a master in IT, Learning and Organizational Changes, the past years I have been challanged and healed with so many meningfull projects. I work with the area of personal and organisational learning, designing digital learning, focused on the person behind. Working with onboarding, e-learning and implementing IT Systems I´m more than ready to get challanged in the real world again
