An experienced business leader, coach and leadership development facilitator, I have a passion for helping people and businesses grow. I have a broad level of knowledge and capability, having worked in small, medium and large corporations, with positions ranging from programme management and business transformation through to business development and general management. I now draw on that experience to support others on their leadership journey, through coaching and as a non-executive Board Director.  I've lived and worked in Australia, Asia and the UK which helps me to understand and connect with people from a variety of cultures. And beyond my background and experience, who am I?...I enjoy being curious, analytical and thinking strategically, and love a project or a problem to solve. I have a strong focus on building relationships and engendering trust through leading with integrity, consistency and transparency. I have well developed commercial acumen and am able to make considered decisions on complex issues. My approach is positive, collaborative and outcome-orientated and my nature is generally calm, resilient, determined, and adaptable. I love to experience, explore and make the most out of the wonderful opportunities life has to offer.
