This includes developing a robust global network of passionate and experienced facilitators, team up internally to build efficiencies and structure around operational strategy, selection, recruitment, onboarding, readiness, support, upskilling of internal teams, and performance management. I also provide tactical and strategic support to areas such as product development, virtual platform integration, and implementation of company-wide Learnlight projects.Here at Learnlight we work to close the gap between the disparate worlds of education and technology. Throughout my seventeen year tenure I personally recruited and selected over 500 intercultural communication trainers worldwide, and was responsible for the performance of all facilitators in the BGRS network. I was also responsible for the quality of our intercultural training materials, and was directly involved in various aspects of the intercultural service line including supplier management, the creation of specialized training solutions, product development, and support to both internal teammates and interculturalists. I led our global trainer network through developmental programs, quarterly newsletters, social events, recognition awards, communication initiatives, and most importantly - day-to-day support to maximize their delivery success and client satisfaction.Overall, my mission was to enable our interculturalists to succeed by supporting them in any way needed 24/7.
