I help organizations and their professionals understand how to work successfully in a global environment through intercultural learning experiences. Our CultureWizard© learning platform makes critical information for over 160+ countries available online and on smartphones. Blended with engaging facilitated learning, we are supporting the development of a culturally agile workforce - one that knows how to leverage cultural differences as a competitive advantage for themselves and their organizations. As a member of RW3’s executive team, I lead strategy and content development for the company. As VP of Learning, I lead our CultureWizard LIVE blended learning practice and a global network of facilitators, consultants and speakers with whom my team partners to design and deliver learning worldwide. I'm also responsible for the validation and reliability testing of our psychometric assessments, including the Global Inclusion Calculator and the Culture Calculator.I also travel globally to speak and deliver learning myself. I specialize in collaborative learning that engages participants to take new perspectives, to develop a global mindset and to re-frame complex situations in a way that makes global business rewarding, memorable and developmental.Leveraging my expertise in CultureWizard Intercultural Model©, my approach to learning is practical, informative and passionate. My sensitivity to diverse learning styles allows me to tailor my style to support learning objectives in the most effective way. I grew up in an intercultural family and community, I’ve lived in 4 countries and I’ve traveled through over 65.
