Providing food & beverage consulting, innovation, strategy, and development, maximizing connections between brands and consumers; working with entrepreneurs and established brands to ensure competitive relevance using menu innovation, market positioning, and efficient and profitable operations.• Generate revenue of $400K in the first year calendar year of business by creating a compelling mission statement, identifying target clients, creating a brand-aligned website, and leveraging relationships to secure projects and establish credibility.• Develop and lead the end-to-end consulting strategy for AMC Theatres re-envisioning of the concession experience, launching improved and new products that leverage existing equipment capabilities, supply chain, and employee skills, including a groundbreaking new product projected to generate $150M+ in sales for its first year. • Consult, audit, improve, and manage previous workflow initiatives related to cook preparation, handle time, and operational logistics, leading to increased efficiency and savings to budget parameters.• Utilize comprehensive analysis of client sales data and costing to gain deep insights into consumer behavior related to menus, driving improvements in operational efficiencies and strategically increasing traffic for profit-generating items and categories.• Use PMIX analysis to optimize sales for a sandwich chain by focusing on higher-margin items, streamlining operations, and introducing simplified alternatives to complex menu offerings, resulting in improved profitability and customer satisfaction.• Experiment with revamped kitchen designs using sales data analysis, optimizing resource allocation by sourcing new products and equipment while reducing complexity for operators and maintaining the category's appeal for loyal customers.
