Current🎨 EDI Co-Representative | National GalleryAs an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Co-Representative at the National Gallery, I am passionate about fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both colleagues and visitors.In this role, I: • Collaborate with leadership and staff to implement meaningful EDI initiatives that align with the gallery’s mission. • Advocate for underrepresented voices, ensuring accessibility and equity across all programs and projects. • Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote awareness and drive cultural change within the organization. • Partner with community organizations to celebrate diversity and expand engagement with broader audiences.With my background as a graphic designer, I also contribute creatively to campaigns, ensuring they resonate visually and effectively with diverse audiences.
