As a Finance Analyst responsible for the EMEA Region, my primary focus revolves around the following key responsibilities: Creating and scrutinizing financial and sales-related analyses, including weekly sales forecasts and annual budget evaluations. Identifying and analyzing specific drivers influencing business performance. Providing ongoing support to the sales team, ensuring profitability control, and facilitating the implementation of global strategies on a daily basis.Delivering monthly and quarterly reports tailored to the EMEA sales teams. - Provide the internal financial statements and reports of the 4 main production sites which include key metrics such as : . Operating margin . Full cost review . Inventory valuation . Purchasing savings- Turnover and margin as a third party manufacturer- Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts to insure movement are reasonable and explained- Monitor the budget variances- Verify and validate the provisions on invoices and credit notes before the accounting team process them.- Participate in the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors- Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls- Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process - Contribute to the implementation of SAP S4 Hana modules as a Key User : .
