In this role I worked to support the development of the 'Friends' scheme - encouraging canal-users to become more active in the restoration and development of waterways across Britain. I hosted a number of different canal events across the country, on behalf of the Fundraising team, working directly to support the celebration and regeneration of canals and rivers.
