Some of my key projects include:- 🌱 Scaling local manufacturing of organic fertilizer in Kenya and develop a Social Return on Investment (SROI) framework to calculate economic, environmental and social impact.- 🏛 Improving the employee experience in 50+ Dutch prisons to address personnel shortages and high absenteeism, focusing on key areas like mental health, collaboration, and organizational agility.- ✈️ Building a design thinking program for Air France|KLM that promotes a culture of innovation and sustainability, empowering teams to integrate user-centered approaches into their everyday work.Through co-creation and systems thinking, I ensure that solutions address immediate challenges while promoting long-term, sustainable impact.💡 What Drives Me:I believe design can empower individuals and communities, giving them the tools to shape their environments.
