Lou is a partner in the Litigation department of Montgomery McCracken and General Counsel to the Firm. He is resident in the firm's Cherry Hill office. He is an accomplished trial and appellate litigator who has handled matters in state and federal courts across the country. His litigation practice includes commercial and construction contracts, civil rights and constitutional torts, business torts, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, immigration and products liability. In addition, he has extensive experience in the area of state and local public bidding and contracting. Lou is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law- Camden, where he teaches courses in Civil Rights and Appellate Advocacy and Litigation. Lou is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware, where he teaches Business Law and Labor Relations in the Lerner College of Business and Economics. He is a member of the American, New Jersey, District of Columbia, and Camden County Bar Associations. He is a trustee of the Camden County Bar Foundation, and he is Vice President of the Camden County Bar Association. He serves as a trustee and is vice-chairman of the Board of the Camden County College Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross - Camden and Burlington County Chapter.
