I’ve arranged nearly $500mm of non-dilutive or minimally dilutive capital since 2011 either as a lender or advisor, one small deal at a time, and often in collaboration with bankers I used to compete with. I am credit trained, CPA eligible, have an MBA in organizational strategy and am licensed as a general securities representative (Series 7 & 63). I am a multi-faceted professional with a commercial mindset, I sought out experience in underwriting, accountancy and process/systems design in order to enhance my ability to serve clientele. What I’ve found is that I’m most able to create unique value for clientele by thinking and acting cross-functionally. As a professional and as a human being I am convinced that the less dissonance between who we are and what we are doing, the better we’ll do at it. It’s been my great privilege to be able to work independently and the working relationships with my clientele and my commercial counterparties have allowed me to focus my work where I’m most able to create unique value for others. Often my clientele hire us for certain expertise, just as often they are perfectly capable of solving their own problems and rely on the RAS team to address matters of blocking and tackling. Our work becomes a source of stability which allows the client to focus on the things they do to create unique value.
