Formally known as Vitullo Advisory Services, we entered into commercial partnership with the Regiment organization and rebranded in 2023. Regiment Advisory Services (RAS) offers advisory and consulting services to lower middle-market and middle-market businesses, HNW individuals who own multiple going concerns, financial sponsors, technology firms and others. We serve clientele by arranging non-dilutive financing and/or helping them address the barriers to the financing they seek. Our engagements generally span several years, starting with arranging alternative capital, then consulting to identify, articulate and ready the client for their ideal long-term financing scenario. Once ready, we help the client establish more traditional financing relationships the client can grow with, with or without our services in the future. Advisory services involve arranging non-dilutive capital via third-party private credit, specialty lenders, family offices, commercial banks and others. Often this is in light of a specific barrier to traditional credit or as an alternative to raising equity. Through partnership with Regiment Securities we’re able to work on hybrid debt financings which include a securities component, this limits transaction risk for our clients and ourselves. All securities offered via Regiment Securities LLC.RAS is a multifaceted offering which lets us explore a broad scope of funding scenarios and ID those which create the most value for a given client at a given time. Consulting services are focused on governance and risk management, generally offered as a courtesy to existing clientele. Governance work involves clear strategic planning, related budgeting and benchmarking, organizing processes/procedures to achieve strategic goals and various scenario analysis. Risk management work involves solving problems or, better yet, anticipating the problems most likely to occur and adjusting to prevent them or limit their impact.

Regiment LLC owns a majority interest in Regiment Securities LLC. My role as a partner is to contribute the strategic planning of the organization and advise on the governance matters.

Regiment Securities is a FINRA & SIPC member broker/dealer focused on alternative assets. Via affiliation with Regiment Securities, RAS is able to serve clientele who wish to pursue borrowings with dilutive terms in a clean and compliant manner via the broker/dealer. I am licensed as a general securities representative and can, and occasionally do, raise private placement equity capital for clientele.
