Our background is in commercial banking and accountancy. With more than fourteen years of experience with underwriting commercial real estate including responsibility for managing borrower relationships while overseeing large securitized credit portfolios. Formerly known as Vitullo Advisory Services an independent advisory practice since 2018. We now serve HNW individuals and business owners as an advisor, often arranging various debt/credit transactions. We translate the gap between business owners and bankers by maintaining strong working relationships with lenders and understanding their underwriting procedures while remaining focused on serving the needs/objectives of clientele.
