I am a hard-working and result-driven recent graduate with Masters in Computer Science from Lakehead University, looking for full time opportunities for entry-level positions in Software Development or Software Engineering I have worked as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Ltd where I gained experience in .NET technologies. While working in the Performance Engineering team, I was tasked with generating test scripts for automated testing as well as gaining an in-depth understanding of Java heap memory analysis and garbage collection.More recently, I completed a co-op as a Software Developer at IBM where I worked on multiple tasks. I helped in integrating OpenStack APIs and writing unit tests in Python for the same. Then I was tasked with defect and bug fixing for a web console project that was in its final stages. After that, I was part of a team developing a Web Service Portal written using Java for backend and HTML, Dojo for front end. While working with the team developing the Web Service Portal, I also got the opportunity to work using agile methods and daily scrums.Other key qualities like curiosity and ability to learn fast, persistence to overcome challenges, and adaptability to fit into different work environments add to my skill set and make me a valuable candidate.Apart from an interest in software development, I am also an accomplished dancer/choreographer, an interest I continue to pursue during free time.
