Current- Coordinating interview schedules for multiple recruiting teams across global time zones.- Adhering to service level agreements for Apple's domestic and international Software teams.- Problem solving last-minute changes and managed multiple calendars.- Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.- Liaising with key business partners to maintain and improve hiring processes. - Helping manage the coordination training team to help onboard new hires.- Working with the training team to continuously adapt the onboarding process and training materials according to company-wide process and technology changes.- Managing multiple hiring initiatives and projects across Apple People teams.
