Assisting in practical membrane potential neurophysiology simulations and neuroanatomical demonstrations for undergraduate students. For this I had to drive students' understanding of comparative neuroanatomy and physiology, answer any questions and grade various assignments.

BHF-funded PhD Student researching the role of inflammation in capillary-to-arteriole signalling breakdown in neurovascular uncoupling. Techniques include pressure myography, ex-vivo capillary-to-arteriole preparation, electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry and in-vivo neurovascular imaging.

Working within the Publishing Operations team. Responsibilities included selecting appropriate reviewers, making decisions at key stages of the review process to provide a high-quality and efficient peer review service across my portfolio of journals.

MSc in Molecular Neuroscience. Modules included: Cell Signalling, Gene Expression, Neuroendocrinology, Integrative Molecular Neuroscience and Neurodegeneration. My lab-based dissertation was focussed on how amyloid-β affects synaptic cell adhesion. Techniques for this included electrophysiology and western blotting.
