The primary role of a Data Management Specialist is to provide data consultancy and offer technical solutions to help manage the synchronization between the client’s CRM system and Emailvision in the most effective manner. This also involves the following:Management of the client’s databaseData Security and Integrity Creation and De-Bugging of scripts Generation and export of statisticsProvide technical support and solve the incidents raised by the client service through a CRM tool (salesforce)Provide Data Support and Training to the client services across all Emailvision offices. E.g. UK, USA, Scandinavia, Netherlands, Brazil, Spain etcDevelopment, test and deployment of the data project of the client service. Also involves management and validation of data projects handled by client services in order to maintain accuracy and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timescales.Creation of the projects and tools that are easily customizable for the recurrent client needs.
