My job was to identify and combat misinformation and disinformation on social media. In addition, I wrote fact checks and explainers on different social issues such as gender, childhood and migration. I also managed Chequeado´s Data Center, where we addressed projects based on responses to public information requests and large open databases.In 2019 I participated in Reverso, a collaborative journalistic project, led by Chequeado and AFP Factual, which brought together more than 100 media outlets and technology companies, with the aim of intensifying the fight against disinformation during the electoral campaign.

I participated in newsroom tasks. I produced different types of notes such as fact checks (verification of public discourse) and explainers (pieces with a higher level of depth on current issues).

I assisted in the production of fact checks and created data visualization pieces such as interactive maps and graphs.

Monitored print and digital media. Prepared quantitative-qualitative reports. I sent and followed up on invitations and press requests. I maintained direct contact with clients, suppliers and journalists.

I assisted in PR and press tasks for the launch of Prevention Salud, the prepaid medicine company of the Sancor Seguros Group. I created databases, convened events in multiple cities across the country and collaborated in the management of publications.

I accomplished general newsroom duties for the Politics section and wrote articles for publication in the print edition.

I made databases, clipping and assisted in the monitoring of freedom of expression violations.
